The coffee beans are single origin, grown and harvested under the shade of trees in the Giri Mountains of the Western Ghats in Southern India. The Giri Mountain range is renowned for its lush green environment, soil rich in iron, high altitude between 3,000 to 5,000 feet above sea level, abundant rainfall and well managed coffee estates. All these factors have allowed India produce the finest specialty coffee for over 150 years!
